The Bistrot Paysan

Bernard Charret flies the flag for true taste and local produce daily in his restaurant Les Chandelles Gourmandes in Larçay. His cuisine is made exclusively from local and seasonal products. A « local cuisine » in the true sense of the term.

At the Bistrot Paysan he will propose a version of his "local gastronomy" by composing a menu made entirely from products present at Euro Gusto, with the correct ratio of animal protein and at a fair price. The perfect example of a meal that is « good, clean and fair ». The Bistrot Paysan will be open for lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Bookings will be taken on site in the morning for lunch that day.
